$15,000 will pay for rent for a family for a whole year.
$10,000 will buy groceries for a family of four for a year.
$5,000 will buy eight tanks of gas per month for a year.
$1,000 will buy clothes & shoes for two children for a year.
$500 will buy school lunch for a child for a year.
$100 will buy diapers for a month.
