Megan’s Wings is a proud supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and their mission to improve the care, quality of life and survival rate of children with blood-related cancers. Through its unique fundraising programs, Team in Training, School in Youth, Light the Night, and the Research Portfolio Program, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society brings patients and donors together in the search for a cure and has raised millions of dollars to fund cutting edge research that leads to medically sound treatment protocols for childhood cancers. Megan’s Wings believes strongly in LLS and stands beside them in their fight to find a cure for pediatric cancer. Over the last several years, Megan’s Wings has been a significant contributor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, most recently contributing $10,000 to a Leukemia Research Portfolio. Leukemia Research Portfolio Update
In January 2005, Megan’s Wings started a partnership with several Pediatric Research Organizations donating thousands of dollars toward their Pediatric Research Projects & Programs. Each research facility is completing remarkable work in their areas of focus and gives us all confidence in the strides being made in pediatric cancer research. Megan’s Wings supports research projects and programs at:
