"I committed to help with $500 toward this repair, even though we're over budget this month, but the cost of a rebuilt transmission is $2900 so we hardly make a dent. It kills me to not be able to do more," says founder of Megan's Wings, Kim Savage. "We have the absolute best supporters, and I will throw this need out there, and hope our faithful donors will step up again, like they've done over and over before" says Kim.
